Any item may be returned for a full refund in accordance with the following requirements:

Notify us at returns@moonloom.com before attempting a return, indicating the order number as well as the items you wish to return and why.
Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Returned products must be in new condition, in their original packaging including the tags and labels.
All items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and unmodified in any way.

Only items purchased through moonloom.com may be returned. Items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.

All purchases of sale or promotion, made-to-order and customized pieces, are considered final and non-refundable.
Garments purchased directly from MoonLoom are eligible for returns within 15 days of delivery. All return/refund requests made after this period are considered final sale.
If you’d like to exchange your MoonLoom garment,
please follow our return process and place a new order.
Once we have received and confirmed that your returned garment(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive an email confirmation from us notifying you on your successful refund to the original credit/debit card listed.

If there was a mistake on our part or in the case an item(s) was faulty or damaged, you will absolutely receive a full refund for both the garment(s)’ costs and any return shipping charges.
Shipping costs incurred when returning items are your responsibility.
For special offers where shipping is offered free of charge, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Unfortunately all return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted by MoonLoom.

Here’s what you need to know: when returning MoonLoom garment(s) from outside the EU, clearly mark the package as a return to avoid customs delays and charges. Any extra charges will then be deducted from the refund.
Oh no! Where did it go?
Sadly we are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. The returned garment(s) are your responsibility until they reach us. We highly recommend you to seal the package securely and choose a delivery service that provides a tracking number and always keep a copy of your proof of postage!
